At this point the question was asked as to whether the ERA will be going
through the same process? It was noted
that the HHRA Executive Summary probably could not be completed until such time
as the TC have completed their final 8 to 12 week review at which time the Plain
Language Summary (PLS) can then be completed. Further to this, the PAC provided
several suggestions regarding the public comment period. The WG indicated they
would be taking all this information into consideration and appreciated the
foresightedness of the PAC regarding the distribution of these documents. The PAC also requested that several promo
pieces be issued every couple of weeks just to keep the public in the loop.
